The Villa

On Acomodo the villa itself is described as:

This newly built villa is the perfect holiday destination for any family or group looking to enjoy the best of what the country of Turkey has to offer. With three double and three single beds, this spacious villa will accomodate up to nine people on three levels. Having appeared on British television on the Channel 4 programme "I want that house", this villa is a must for anyone wanting to explore and enjoy the wonders that Turkey has to offer.

What does the villa have?

The villa itself has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a holiday home. With three double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom containing three singles, this villa can sleep up to nine people. Perfect for family or group holidays.

As the villa is set in its own grounds there is a private garden, with patio and veranda. There also is a private swimming pool set into the patio area for your exclusive use.

Who is the villa available to?

Due to the wide appeal of both Ovacik and the surrounding towns, the villa is available to both families and groups of friends.

How much does it cost?

The villa is rented out on a weekly basis between April and October inclusive, with exact costs depending on the time of the year in question. There are discounts available for rentals of over three weeks and winter rental prices are greatly reduced, please contact the owners for more details. The following prices are per party, per group, regardless of the number of tennants.

The official rental fees for the villa are those that appear in British pounds sterling (£). The Euro conversions differ depending on the current exchange rate and so are just approximations. Please remember to do a more appropriate conversion if you plan to pay in Euros.

Please note that the above prices include only the preparation and rental of the property for the period of the holiday. Travel to and from the villa is not included. For more information please read the rental terms and conditions.

How do I get to the villa?

The nearest airport is that of Dalaman and is about 60 minutes from Ovacik. Transport can be arranged prior to arrival, for transfer to and from the Yellow Villa. This minibus service will cost £60 return per party. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, then please state when booking.

Is there anything else I should know?

In order for a foreign national (you) to enter Turkey, a visa must be purchased at the airport on arrival at a cost of £10 (British pounds sterling) each. This visa is valid for 3 months and must be paid by every traveller (including children).
